Fitness Training has started - every Wednesday night from 6.30pm

Pool Sessions – Sunday, January 15 & 22 from 8.30 to 9.30am

At the Redcliffe City High Performance Centre, Sydney Street, Redcliffe.

Turf Training – Wednesday, January 25 – training on turf with sticks (will be divided into squads)

Squad 2 – 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Squad 1 – 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Trial Dates – Sunday, January 29, from 3pm at Redcliffe Turf

Sunday, February 5 at SHC, from 4.30pm to 7.00pm

Sunday, February 12, from 3pm at Redcliffe Turf

Sunday, February 19, from 3pm at Redcliffe Turf

*Anyone wanting to play turf this season must attend trails to be selected.
